How Do We Measure Success?
From day one, our journey is swift and strategic, segmented into phases: 0-30 days, 30-60 days, 60-90 days, and extending to 120 days and beyond. This proactive approach is designed to deliver rapid results.
Our primary goal? Within the first 90 days, you’re not just booking meetings—you’re actively enhancing your pipeline, securing new deals, and onboarding clients, all to drive revenue growth. While outcomes vary based on your sales cycle and offerings, our focus is clear.
Strategic Focus
We implement a dual-pronged strategy: inbound and outbound marketing. Inbound involves creating high-quality content that addresses your audience’s needs, building trust and credibility to drive engagement. Outbound, or “social selling,” is leveraged on platforms like LinkedIn, where engagement from your content rapidly converts into client meetings.
Implementation and Execution
As we move through each phase, we focus on:
- Refining branding and messaging
- Implementing the video sales representative strategy
- Consistently generating content
- Hiring and training key personnel
Each milestone builds towards a robust pathway to conversions.
Measuring Success
Post-implementation, we track both quantitative and qualitative metrics, focusing on impressions, inbound leads, and revenue growth. With a B2B sales background, we prioritize results that directly impact your bottom line, ensuring that every action is aligned with your business objectives.

Once you sign up, you will receive a brief survey email. This survey is crucial as it covers your goals and objectives and gathers essential background information about your business, customers, and offerings. This allows us to begin making an impactful contribution right away.
Next, we schedule a kickoff meeting. One of the first topics we tackle in this meeting, apart from your goals and objectives, is getting your processes set up and working.
We’ll also provide an overview of your exiting equipment and software and make some suggestions to get the most from your videos.
What does the time commitment look like?
The time commitment can vary based on the size of your team, the amount of videos you want to make, and the level of support you have from us.
We recommend a minimum commitment of 1 day per month, to include all your filming, phone sessions with us, planning, etc.

- Leaders Unwilling to Be Visible: If you are a founder, CEO, or owner who prefers to remain behind the scenes and is not interested in participating in video content, we likely aren’t the best match.
